10-day-mental-challenge with Anthony Robbins

This is my first entry in 2010. I wish You much Success and Aboundance! Know that all your dreams come true! The Huge Secret of Succes is that there is no Secret at all. You can achieve whatever you want if you are ready to work for it.

I’m sure You have already heared that THOUGHTS BECOME THINGS (which actually means that all the thoughts we have throughout the day are directing our lives for the better or for the worse) but I go on-I think that THOUGHTS BECOME EMOTIONS AND EMOTIONS BRING THE CHANGES AND BECOME THINGS AT THE END.

2010 can be for you, too the Best year ever if you are able to Turn your Emotions.

I challenge you to Transform your thoughts to those of a true winner by developing the thought patterns of millionaires. I’m on the 8th day of the 10-day-mental-challenge with Anthony Robbins. You can start it today:

The „ten day mental challenge” wit „Tony Robbins” forces you to take conscious control over your thoughts. It is time to stop ‘getting by’ and start living. Life doesn’t have to be, ‘alright’ or ‘ok’ it can be exciting, romantic, or what ever you want it to be.

TheTen Day Mental Challenge is a challenge that „Anthony Robbins” recommend in his books, “Awaken the Giant Within” and “A note to a friend.” 10 days controlling your thoughts and emotions forces you to break out of old negative patterns and habits and develop new positive and beneficial ones.  Allowing you to move towards your goals faster than you ever thought possible.

Before you begin the ten day mental challenge you need to first get to know the rules.

The rules are:

1. During the next ten days, refuse to hang on to any crummy thought, feelings, questions words or metaphors.

2. When you catch yourself focusing on the negative- and you will- immediately ask yourself questions to get you to a better place.(acknowledge or identify any challenge and then move on the finding and working a solution to it. Ask power questions like: What can I change immediatly for make this situation better? Why isn’t this situation perfect? )

4. For the next ten consecutive days, focus completely on solutions and not on problems. When you delete the word „problem” from your mental dictionary your whole life changes immediately.

5. If you have a lousy thought, feeling, or question don’t beat yourself up. Just change it immediately. If you dwell on any of these for more than five minutes, however, you must wait until the following morning and start the ten days over gain.
